What Was Announced

On March 4, 2026, the City of Princeton announced plans for what it says will be the city’s first medical office development in Princeton Professional Park.

What Is Being Planned

According to the city, Harrod Healthcare Real Estate plans to build about 25,000 square feet of medical office space across 2 buildings on about 2.7 acres.

Where It Would Go

The site is described as being just south of Children’s Lighthouse along S. Beauchamp Boulevard, north of Myrick Lane.

Who Owns the Land

The city also says the land is being purchased from the Princeton Economic Development Corporation, or PEDC.

What Could Go Inside

The project is expected to include 8 to 12 medical suites and is meant to attract independent physicians, physician groups, and other healthcare-related services.

That basically means multiple healthcare providers could lease space and serve patients in one location.

Developer Background

The city also says Harrod Healthcare Real Estate has previously developed six outpatient medical facilities in Collin County, along with other medical office buildings and ambulatory surgery centers across the Southeast.

Timeline

As of the city’s announcement, the project is expected to be delivered by the end of 2026.

Quick Version

Princeton says a private developer plans to build the city’s first medical office project near Beauchamp and Myrick.

It would include 2 buildings, about 25,000 square feet of space, and 8 to 12 suites for healthcare providers.
